Rates & Reservations
Rates are in euro per room per night, taxes and service included.
In order to confirm the reservation is required the payment of 50% of the total price of your stay, by credit card charge or bank transfer.
The rest of the sum must to pay at your arrival.
The city tax of € 1,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash

Check in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Check out: within 9:00 AM
Farmhouse Casa Italia is not an hotel and the reception is not always open, so the staff could not always be present on site.
Small Pets
Small pets are allowed.
Inside the common areas of the Farmhouse they must be kept on a leash (required by Italian law), in surroundings areas of the Farmhouse you can leave them free.
Cost per pet for one week: EUR 100 - for 2 weeks: EUR 150
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free if required 30 days before arrival date.

For late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded the amount of the reservation.
In case of cancellation of your booking, the account paid will not be refunded, but you will receive a special voucher of the account you've paid so you'll be able to enjoy your vacation in our property, valid for an other period of the year.
If you want to change the apartment booked for reasons that are not caused by obvious problems in the structure, is required a supplement of 150,00 EUR.
At arrival is required a deposit of € 100,00. This will be returned the day of your departure if no damage has occurred.
